Cajjmere Wray is a Canadian club and radio DJ and remixer from Toronto. He DJs most frequently at clubs in Toronto and Montreal, but has also toured internationally to hot spots like New York, Brazil, Italy, Serbia and Mexico. He is known for a variety of his productions on the famous Star 69 Records label owned by international powerhouse DJ and Producer Peter Rauhofer. He hit hard in 2005 with his explosive remix of Kobbe & Austin Leeds single 'Bodyshaker'. Though sometimes confused by some people that he is Cajmere from Chicago, the two are entirely different and have set themsevles apart successfully in the music industry.
In the year 2004, Wray launched his own record label D'Lish-Us Music that has received global recognition for the systematic beats that are available on it, to drive any dancefloor to a frenzy. He also has a variety of releases on other labels such as Hi-Bias Records, Montini, Nervous Records, and Harlequin.
Cajjmere Wray has remixed tracks by Madonna, Rihanna, Starkillers, Janet Jackson, Jully Black, Beyoncé, Kobbe & Austin Leeds, Nelly Furtado, Deborah Cox, Justin Timberlake and several others. His works have received support by a variety of celebrity DJs around the globe.
In addition to his musical career, Wray also hosts a dance music show on Toronto's 103.9 PROUD FM Monday to Friday from 7pm to Midnight. In the Toronto and surrounding GTA it may be heard on 103.9FM, and online it may be heard by visiting http://www.proudfm.com
