A B Pepper was indef blocked, less than a week after one of his sock-puppets was identified and blocked for block-evasion. A B Pepper was originally blocked for 3 months for incivility, personal attacks, sock-puppetry, and tendentious editting. He was indefinitely blocked for tendentious reverts that conform to harassment and wikistalking paradigms (see WP:HARASS) - to review these see Special:Contributions/A_B_Pepper.

IP User:75.132.95.79 who now owns the account User:A B Pepper has edit warred, soap-boxed[1], failed to assume good faith[2], engaged in personal attacks and insults[3][4] and has tendentiously reverting in order to make a point.[5][6][7][

This was a behavioural issue. User:A B Pepper has repeated used and disrupted article, AFD and user talk spaces to make a point in violation of WP:TALK, WP:POINT, WP:DE, WP:SOAP and WP:CIVIL. He went on to stalk the editors who disagree with and warned him.

There is evidence of staking behaviour from this IP against the users who warned and attempted to enagage A B Pepper.

Last night 97.88.205.124 threatened to stalk User:Bobblehead[28]. With an edit summary violating WP:NPA. They also began stalking a number of other users:

A B Pepper also engaged in the removal of reliable sources and sourced material from Christian views about women.[35][36]. There was also an issue with them refactoring other user's comments [37].

These diffs illustrate that User:A B Pepper is the same peson that used the IP account (User:75.132.95.79) to edit WP.[38] [39][40].

[edit] Threat to reoffend

Before being blocked A B Pepper stated that he rotates his IP every 3 days[41]. IP 97.88.205.124 is a "black listed" address[42]. This IP and 75.132.95.79 are from St. Louis, Missouri.[43][44]
