Caitlin Ramirez was a fictional character in the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. She was played by actress Kayla Ewell from January 2004 until July 2005.

Caitlin was never able to get over the guilt she had felt all her life at being told that her mother died while giving birth to her. For years she had nightmares that her father Hector (Lorenzo Lamas) was not able to help her get over. After coming to Los Angeles, there was nothing she wanted to be more than a fashion intern at Forrester Creations, but her father's hatred of the upper class meant she had to lie about her job, and her growing friendship with Thomas Forrester (Drew Tyler Bell). Her father finally put his foot down and told her she had to quit working for Forrester, so she moved over to an intern position at Logan Designs, working for Samantha Kelly (Sydney Penny), a woman she soon grew to admire very much. She spoke often of her new boss to Hector, but never mentioned her by name. On her 17th birthday, she learned that Samantha was in fact her mother, and had been told by her mother (Caitlin's grandmother) Priscilla (Linda Gray) for years that Caitlin was stillborn.
With her parents reunited, Caitlin was free to concentrate on her designing and her romantic relationship with Thomas. After Thomas assisted in getting the Forresters to look at her designs, Caitlin met Thomas' non-biological uncle, Rick (Justin Torkildsen) and was immediately smitten. She continued to date Thomas while seeing Rick as well, until the day of the fashion show, when Thomas saw Rick and Caitlin kissing. Caitlin was relieved that she and Rick no longer had to hide their relationship, but she didn't anticipate how much her father would object to his underage daughter dating a man in his mid-twenties who had two failed marriages. It wasn't long, though, before their relationship ended, neither one able to commit to each other the way the other wanted them to. Rick was then transferred to Forrester International in Milan.
Caitlin again began seeing Thomas. The two enjoyed a playful relationship, until Thomas told her he only wanted to be 'just friends'. A devastated Caitlin moved to New York to live with her mother and grandmother.
