Cairell mac Muiredaig Muinderg
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Cairell mac Muiredaig Muinderg (d.532)[1] was a king of Ulaid from the Dal Fiatach. He was the son of Muiredach Muinderg mac Forga (d.489) and brother of Eochaid mac Muiredaig Muinderg (d.509), previous kings.[2] He ruled from 509-532[3]
Nothing is recorded of him in the annals other than his dates. His known sons were Demmán mac Cairill (d.567) and Báetán mac Cairill (d.579), both kings of Ulaid.
