Caipiroska

Caipiroska is a Caipirinha made of vodka in stead of the usual Cachaça. It is a popular cocktail in Brazil.

How to make one:

Ingredients

60 ml / 2¼ fl oz vodka 1½ limes, cut into quarters 1 tbsp granulated sugar handful ice 1 lime wedge, to garnish

Method

1. Place the vodka, limes (except the garnish) and sugar into a highball glass and carefully 'muddle' or pound with the end of a clean rolling pin.

2. Add a handful of ice, garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
