The Cailly is a river in France, right tributary of the Seine. It is located in the Seine-Maritime département, in the Haute-Normandie région. Its length is 29 km. The river flows through Fontaine-le-Bourg, Malaunay, Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville, Maromme and Déville-lès-Rouen, and empties into the Seine at Rouen.

In the 18th and 19th centuries, the valley was filled with textile mills, which earned it the nickname la petite Manchester, (Little Manchester).
