I just found it in the Turkish wikipedia and wanted it for the English article. Would have uploaded it to commons if I had a user account there...

Indeed I think the image is hosted in some Turkish wikicommons... I tried to link directly from the article to it but was unable... If you know how to do it and wish to delete this image, please do it (both deleting and adding the Turkish file to the English article).
