Caesar Meadows (Born November 6, 1968) is an American cartoonist who has published the monthly comic strip Mumbeaux Gumbo in the New Orleans magazine [Where Y'at] since August 2001. His other monthly comic strip Qomix has been published in [AntiGravity] magazine since 2005.

Caesar also runs the Jigsaw Junction in Reserve, La. An archive of comic history, the Junction serves as one of Louisiana's only public library dedicated to comics and art relating to the medium.

Caesar's alter ego is "The What".

Recently, Caesar finally came to the conclusion that Neighbors is NOT a good movie.
