The use of a low resolution version of this logo constitutes fair use for the New Zealand Cadet Forces articles because:

• The low resolution nature of the image prevents reuse which could infringe on the commercial benefit of the copyright owner;
• The image and the organisation it represents are critically discussed by the article;
• The NZCF has willingly published such images to represent their organisation.
