Cadillac Fairview

The Cadillac Fairview Corporation is a development corporation which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, OTTP. Cadillac Fairview owns, develops and manages property, malls and large office and retail spaces, mostly in Canada and the United States. Cadillac Fairview has also developed suburban housing, such as the Erin Mills, Ontario "New Town". The company was purchased by the OTPP in March 2000. In 2006 it expanded its operations to Brazil[1]. The company states that its portfolio is worth over $16 billion.[1]
Among it's assets are the Toronto-Dominion Centre, Toronto Eaton Centre, The RBC Centre and Sherway Gardens in Toronto.
