Hello, I'm a former employee of Pasay City gov't. for five year the contribution that I've made so far was the image of Pasay City official seal, this was presented to the former newly elected mayor of Pasay, Jovito O. Claudio by an artist in a plain peace of paper and in black ink, I've then digitized the picture and apply the appropriate color not official althou but it was based on the original seal during mayor Cuneta's term.

I've just used MS Paint for editing since high end graphic tool is not available on my computer, the jpeg file was then adapted by mayor Peewee Trinindad until now.
