[edit] Move to Wikibooks Cookbook
I didn't want to paste this on the article and raise a ruckus, because it's marginally part of Culture of Mexico. Should it be moved there?--Wetman 6 July 2005 08:16 (UTC)
- There's no recipe in the article to be transferred to the Cookbook. Uncle G 17:32:17, 2005-08-18 (UTC)
Cabrito is also a specialty of the province Córdoba in Argentina, especially the town of Quilino. I would be surprised if there are not many places around the world where baby goat is typically prepared. It seems silly to mention just a few.
Cabrito is also the name of a tequila-based alcopop sold in Mexico. I bought some in Cuauhtemoc. It resembles tequila mixed with Fresca. Paalexan 02:34, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fritada, not "fritura"
I just corrected the name for the blood cooked cabrito, in northern Mexico the name that is commonly used is "Fritada de Cabrito" not "Fritura". Amendezg (talk) 16:26, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
