I removed the 'stub' flag: there really isn't enough to say about the cable rate to justify further expansion. Nevertheless, the term's in common use on our London trading floor, it needs an explanation somewhere - especially if we expand the articles on the history of forex trading - and it doesn't quite fit the standards for Wiktionary.
Ye, I probably should find a reference.
