Cabramatta West is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Cabramatta West is located 32 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Fairfield. It is part of the south-western region. Cabramatta is a separate suburb, to the east.

Cabramatta West incorporates most of the former suburb of 'Cabramatta Heights', part of which also forms what is now known as Cabramatta.
