The Cabiyarí language is a nearly extinct[1] language spoken by a few dozen native people along the Cananarí River in the Vaupes Region of Colombia in north western South America.[2] It was spoken by 50 people in 1976.[2] It is also known as Cabiuarí, Cauyarí, Kauyarí, Cuyare, Kawillary.[2]
