[edit] Removing links

Hi, sorry, i don't know how to edit correct this talk page, I don't understand why you remove always useful link to internetrends model with many recent fashion shows of some models is not spam, there is not advertising on the site and I think readers will be happy to view fresh photos, sometimes there are links less useful with advertising and are not removed, so do what you want but sure is not spam. regards —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fabiosoft (talkcontribs) 11:09, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

Hello! I removed the links because you added links to the same website to a number of pages and it seemed that you are only here to promote this website, which is to be avoided on wikipedia (see WP:EL#Advertising and conflicts of interest). C777 14:16, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for reply probably is true seems to promote but the links are useful and appropriate, each link added indirectly promote the website ( also FMD promote FMD ) but if are useful for visitors for me can stay active otherwise is better removing all links section, all links indirectly promote the website linked, i have added a link directly to the page of the model recent photos not to the same website - regards again —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.208.60.192 (talk) 16:13, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] HIM

--Diluvien 13:18, 13 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:Fforever2.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Fforever2.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 21:45, 10 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] OHV

Hi, I noticed your dab page inbound link fixes this morning. However, lookingat them, there seems to have been about 60-ish links to overhead valve, and only two for Off Highway Vehicle. I'm wondering, given that the dab page only has two entries (and it was a redirect for eighteen months until an anonymous IP changed it in June), whether it would be better to restore the redirect, and put an {{otheruses}} template on the top of overhead valve instead? Regards, --DeLarge 11:59, 25 August 2007 (UTC)

Hi, you're right, it seems to be better to change the page back. I'll change it after I checked the rest of the links for links that should go to Off Highway Vehicle. C777 17:54, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
OK, if you're in agreement I'll get started myself. Cheers, --DeLarge 18:31, 26 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] WikiProject Fashion article on Andrew Saul

Just a heads up that Andrew Saul (ex-CEO of Cache and Brooks Bros.) has been nominated for featured article status here. Any input, comment and suggestions would be greatly appreciated, there is not that much info on him as it relates to the fashion industry, and being an !expert, I'm not quite sure how well I can flesh it out. Please feel free to comment and/or improve the article. Thanks! MrPrada 21:17, 25 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sound Factory (band) Notability & Neutrality

I've noticed Sound Factory band's article and it has a relevant reference, they are in the review section of Rolling Stone Magazine Online so please think about if it is the case to suspend the tags about neutrality and notability. As far as I know they are a great band trying to emerge in the US, considering that they are Italians and that the project features one of the most amazing living I guitarists I guess they are really outstanding and we just can give them the time to add awards and more press coverage to come in the future months...Also it seems they are almost a legend the italian jazz/pop music scene...
