Clube Desportivo Trofense (IPA: ['klub(ɨ) dɨʃpuɾ'tivu tru'fẽs(ɨ)]), commonly known just by Trofense is a Portuguese sports club from the city of Trofa, founded in 1930. Its colours are red and blue.
In the 2005-2006 season, Trofense played in the Portuguese Second Division Serie A, which they won by a margin of 6 points. They progressed to a playoff that decided promotion to the second division, with Serie B winners AD Lousada. Trofense won in a very emotional game, only decided on the 20th penalty, scored by goalkeeper Vítor.
In 2007-08 (having achieved a final 11th league place the previous season), Trofense achieved a first ever promotion to the first division.
