Club Deportivo Juventud Olímpica Metalio, commonly known as Juventud Olímpica are a Salvadoran professional football club based in Sonsonate.
In 1974-1975, the club rebranded itself as Negocios Internacionales and it only lasted one year reverting back to Juventud Olímpica.
They were relegated from Primera División de Fútbol Profesional after 2000 season. They currently play in the Terecea División de Fútbol Salvadoreño after being relegated in 2004
