There should be mention of CJ's blog. CJbaseball.com. Nitkowski was one of the first athletes to blog, he started doing it back in the mid 90's (someone should check that) although I'm sure I read many articles about it at that time. Also CJ writes other things as well, he wrote a chapter for a book of minor league baseball tales and described pitching against Michael Jordon.
