"C'Mon & Get My Love" is the song that first introduced the world to UK singer Cathy Dennis, who had many more hits in the US and the UK. Even though it is not her first solo single (D-Mob are credited as introducing her on this track), it established her as a major chart presence during the late 1980s to early 1990s. This song peaked at #15 on the UK singles chart and even higher on the Billboard Hot 100, where it made the Top 10, peaking at #10. It became the first of her highly successful singles run.
