Talk:Côtes du Rhône AOC
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
While spending a little time improving this from a few lines by the original author, I then realised that there is an article entitled Rhône wine. I found the article far more developed already but feel they should be merged - but under which title? - Or developing them separately as the two notions are in fact quite different. I could undertake the splitting and copy editing but would need some feedback first. Kudpung 08:31, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- I think there is good reason to keep both articles. The Rhône wine is already wikilinked from the first sentence of this article, and is therefore easy to find from this article. Please notice the title of this article - Côtes du Rhône AOC. I.e., this is an article on the wines produced under that appellation, not on all Rhône wines. Thus, material on Côte Rôtie wine is not really relevant to this article. (By the way, Côte Rôtie is not a village.) Tomas e (talk) 17:03, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
