César Elías Santis Santander (born February 5, 1979 in Santiago de Chile) is a football player, who currently plays for Audax Italiano. He has previously played for Unión Española, Espanyol, Real Murcia, Everton de Viña del Mar, and Deportes Antofagasta. In Spain, he only played 26 minutes in Primera División, which were in a match between Espanyol and Celta de Vigo, but he played 20 matches in Segunda División with Real Murcia, though he played 16 of them as a substitute (against Albacete, Betis, Racing de Ferrol and Extremadura).
