César Sánchez Domínguez (born September 2, 1971 in Cáceres, Extremadura) is a Spanish goalkeeper, who currently plays for Real Zaragoza.
Sanchez started five out of nine Champions League matches for Real Madrid during their victorious European campaign in the 2001-02 season, but he was substituted by Iker Casillas in the final against Bayer Leverkusen after suffering an injury. He played for Real Madrid from 2000 to 2005, and earned his first and only cap with Spain in 2000.
