César Augusto Ramírez Caje, nicknamed El Tigre (The Tiger), is a Paraguayan footballer born March 24, 1977 in Curuguaty.
Striker Ramírez currently plays for Cerro Porteño, having previously played for Flamengo and, among other clubs, Sporting Clube de Portugal where his good performances granted him presence in the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
