César Arzo Amposta (born January 26, 1986 in Villarreal) is a Spanish footballer. He usually plays as a central defender or a defensive midfielder.
Arzo came through the ranks of hometown club Villarreal CF, debuting March 23, 2003 against Real Sociedad,[1] and played frequently from an early age without being able to consolidate a place in the starting eleven. In the 2006-07 season he was loaned out to La Liga new-comers Recreativo de Huelva along with Javier López Vallejo and Santi Cazorla. He moved out on loan again for the 2007-08 season, this time to another promotee, Real Murcia.
Arzo is currently a member of the Spanish U-21 team.[2]
