Byron Smith was born on 19th September 1991 in Auckland, New Zealand. He is most well known for his Rugby for 6th Grade Rugby at Birkenhead College, and his cricket for 2nd XI Cricket Team For Birkenhead College. He grew up in the small suburb of Beach Haven, on Aucklands North Shore. Going to Beach Haven Primary for 6 years, Birkdale Intermediate for 2 Years, and is Currently in Birkenhead College in Yr 12. Currently Uses Bebo [[1]].

During the 1998 season playing rugby for Northcote Rugby Club, JB7 Maroon, Byron found his true calling in rugby, scoring Northcote Rugby Clubs Record number of tries in 1 season with 56, which is the record for all age groups. Coached by Wayne Mcleod in his first season of rugby in 1997, Wayne taught Byron all the basics of rugby, and started him off towards his now Record Breaking Proffesional Carreer. After winning the "Player Of The Year" award from Northcote rugby club, Byron knew, that rugby was his true calling in life. Currently playing for Birkenhead College, 6th Grade Rugby Team, he will become Centre, Goalkicker, and Captain for his team, after his amazing 2007 Season at Prop.

After finishing his rugby carreer spanning 4 seasons, Byron started his Amateur soccer carreer, also coached by Wayne Mcleod. Wayne taught Byron the basics of soccer, noticing his talents asked him to join his team, which Byron sprotaciously accepted. Starting off part way through season, Byron came into the team and started them off to a goal scoring spree, starting with their first win of the season, and going on to be one of the top goal scorers that season for his team. Playing at midfield, Byron carried on his Amateur soccer carreer for 4 years winning multiple medals and trophies from Birkenhead soccer club.

Cricket, was the Next Sport Of Byrons long and eventful life. Starting His First season in 2003, he wasnt all that co-ordinated. Opening the batting for his team in the very first game of his cricketing career, also facing the opening ball in the innings, he was spectacularly bowled clean down middle and leg, making a "Royal Duck". Being the first ball of the season, on his debut season. Byron got back up after this hurdle and managed to get a wicket in his first over during the third game of his debut season, catching the batsmen out on his own bowling with a spectacular dive forward towards the batsmans wickets. Since then, Byron has improved spectatuly and has even been seen playing for Birkenhead College 1st XI. Also recieving multiple medals and awards for his cricketing achievments, Byron Still plays crickets today with great batting and wicketkeeping statistics.

Going to Beach Haven Primary from 1996 to 2002, Byron was a great role model to teachers and Students alike. Getting Straight A's from 1996 untill 2000, Byron was looked up to by all students and enjoyed by teachers. Turning point in his life being annoyance at teacher "Mr Manning" who has ben heard to have hit students, Byron suddenly became what some call "Rebellious" and he enjoyed to "Stick it to the man". Whilest having become House Leader, Tat-Trail Moniter, Road Patrol Moniter, Bell Duty and Staff Room Duty, Byron was fired from each of them after been heard to have talked back to numerous teachers.
During intermediate Byron became even more of a hazard to other students after meeting other students such as "Daniel Robbins" and "Byron Thorne" who are said to have been bad influences to Byron during his school life. Reaching record lows in behaviour for school Byron was still accelling in all subjects contrary to popular belief. Still recieving numerous awards for his academics, Byron is currently enjoying school in Yr12 at Birkenhead College.

[edit] Working Career
Byron Works At McDonalds Glenfield Foodcourt. He Has worked there since November 27th 2007. He has future plans to either work in the Psycology industry or in Physiotherapy.
