Tom O'Keefe is an internet business developer based in Boston, Massachusetts and originally from Poughkeepsie, New York. In 1999 O'Keefe co-founded WiredAlumni, Inc. which created custom web pages for colleges and universities throughtout the world.

In June 16, 2003 O'Keefe launched Research Connect, Inc. which is a research services firm providing individuals and corporations with market research and various business intelligence services.

O'Keefe is a 1991 graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie, NY and a 1995 graduate of Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA.
