The Buzzing Flowerpecker (Dicaeum hypoleucum), or the White-bellied Flowerpecker is a species of bird in the Dicaeidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
