could someone expand on this please.


I'm pretty sure that the reason that it is not recommended for use with sodium citrate tubes isn't because blood remains in the line but rather because there is air in the line to begin with, meaning that the tube vacuum partially fills with that air resulting in a short draw. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.132.207.237 (talk) 18:42, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
