I do not realy think it is actualy spam. It does not sell the company or its products but only states basic information. Company is tradeble on the stock exchange and thus can be even notable. I do not remove the prod because I am not perfectly sure about notability of the company. Anyway I think that deleting such a short information does not cause any harm to the Wikipedia. --Jan Smolik 22:27, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
