The "bus network is a shambles"? Sources definitely needed to back up a loaded, POV statement like that. The "Overview" paragraph really needs a rework to become NPOV. Stevage 08:55, 8 December 2005 (UTC)

I tried, I really did, to rewrite that "General Overview" to NPOV standard, but the whole paragraph was an undiluted rant full of emotive language. Completely true of course, but so hopelessly and unsalvageably POV that I regretfully deleted it. Was going to move it to a "Criticisms" section (the last refuge of the scoundrel!) but could find no sources to back up the claims and complaints. --Canley 04:47, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
