[edit] When did Busba marry Thawisan?

Paul Handley, in his biography of King Bhumibol Adulyadej, notes that Communist Party of Thailand propaganda in the 1970's claimed that 5 months after the birth of Queen Sirikit's last child Princess Chulabhorn (that would make it December 1957), Busba became pregant. This does not contradict mainstream accounts of Thai history - she gave birth to the child on September 1958. But Handley also claims that she was not married until 4 months into her pregancy. Mainstream accounts of Busba do not mention when she married. CPT propaganda claimed that the father of the child and the person she married were not the same person. The factuality of this claim could be tested (but never proven, of course) by figuring out when Busba married Thawisan. XKMasada 07:59, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
