[edit] Song Information

Joanne returned in 2001 with the release of Busted. It was released on January 8, 2001. It debuted and peaked at #36 in the ARIA chart, her 4rd highest single.
At this stage in her music career, Joanne decided to drop the 'B.Z.' letters from her stage name and continuted and went along with 'Joanne'. She continuted to release upcoming hits.
Busted is Joanne's "cheating song". It feels good to have a laugh about something that once hurt so much. Joanne got cheated on and it hurt, but she picked herself up, got over it and decided to dedicate one song from her debut album to that "liar liar, pants on fire".
