Busana is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Emilia in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 80 km west of Bologna and about 45 km southwest of Reggio Emilia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,350 and an area of 30.4 km².[1]
The municipality of Busana contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Ca' Ferrari, Casale, Cervarezza, Frassinedolo, Marmoreto, Nismozza, and Talada.
Busana borders the following municipalities: Castelnovo ne' Monti, Collagna, Ligonchio, Ramiseto, Villa Minozzo.
