  1. it is a low-resolution reproduction;
  2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way;
  3. it does not interfere with the copyright owner's ability to promote the album in any way;
  4. it is being used only for informational purposes; and
  5. its inclusion adds significantly to the article because it illustrates (a) black metal's central association with violence and church burning, as discussed in the accompanying text, and (b) a major recording by one of the most important bands in the movement, as discussed in the accompanying text.
