Got the image from Vepachedu(home page http://www.vepachedu.org/foundation.html), an educational website. It gives full responsibility in using the information and is a nonprofit foundation. The image is at http://www.vepachedu.org/burrakatha.htm

His disclaimer(located at http://www.vepachedu.org/disclaimer.htm) does not place any restrictions on using the content, especially the paragraph "Users accept full responsibility for viewing or using the information contained on any of the pages of Dr. Sreenivasarao Vepachedu and Vepachedu Educational Foundation, Inc.", so we can treat this as giving it for free without specifying no other terms.

Later I sent him a mail asking for permission. Thanks to him and he agreed to use.

He sent me mail agreeing to give it with no copyright. I still added attribution as courtesy to his research foundation.
