Burton Kramer

Burton Kramer, O.Ont (born 1932) is a prominent graphic designer and artist who lives and works in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Kramer began working in the early 1960s and his work was prominent at Expo 67. His work from this period shows the influence of Op Art. His work is featured in the Smithsonian Institution and the Library of Congress. He designed the 1974 CBC logo.
[edit] Honours
Kramer was made a member of the Order of Ontario in 2002. He received an honourary Doctorate (D.Des.) from the Ontario College of Art & Design in 2003.[1] Kramer is currently active as an artist, showing his geometric abstractions at galleries in Canada and abroad.
