Burning Springs is an unincorporated community in Clay County, Kentucky, United States. It is mostly centered around U.S. Route 421. It has one school, Burning Springs Elementary. It is about 4 miles (4-5 minutes) from Jackson County but about 15 miles (15-20 minute drive) from Manchester, the county seat. Some of its major roads are Brushy Branch, Sexton's Creek, and Ponder Branch. It extends from Island Creek to the Jackson County line.
