Burari is a census town in North Delhi District in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, India.

As of 2001 India census,[1] Burari had a population of 69,182. Males constitute 55% of the population and females 45%. Burari has an average literacy rate of 68%, higher than the national average of 59.5%; with male literacy of 75% and female literacy of 60%. 17% of the population is under 6 years of age.
