[edit] Licensing

This is a screenshot from a DVD of the show that I purchased legally. I see screenshots used all over wikipedia, so I don't see what's wrong here. It's from Episode 4.13 "769".

[edit] Fair Use rationale for use on Bunny

Although this image is subject to copyright, it is covered by US fair use laws because:

  1. The image is being used only in two articles (that for the fictional character Bunny and that for Patricia Zentilli, the actress who portrayed her) for informational and educational purposes.
  2. Use of the screenshot visually identifies the character in a manner that mere prose cannot, and meets all criteria in WP:NFCC.
  3. This image enhances the article in which it's displayed, as it provides an immediate relevance to the reader more capably than the textual description alone.
  4. The image is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value, as the character is linked with the actress who plays her, and not vice-versa.
  5. The image is the primary means of visual identification of the article topic.
  6. The image is a low resolution screenshot, in an inferior graphics format (JPEG).
  7. The use of this image will not affect the value of the original work.
  8. The use of this image will not limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute or make a profit from the original.
