Bundesgericht (Germany)

Bundesgerichte (singular Bundesgericht) are, in accordance with article 92 of the Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany, those courts through which the judicial authority of the state is exercised that is only otherwise exercised in the landes (through the Landesgerichte).
