Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetz

The Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetz (often abbreviated to BAföG) is the Federal Education and Trainings Assistance Act for university students in Germany. The law, which regulates student loans in the country, is often referred to by students who simply say they receive (help from) a "BAföG".
