Hi! and welcome to Wikipedia. Regarding your message to me, if you find yourself unable to edit because a shared IP you edit from has been blocked, just follow the instructions on the blocked-message page you get when trying to edit. Particularely when contacting the admin that blocked the IP, remember to include the actual IP-number in the mail. An administrator needs it to know which IP-number to unblock.
