The bullseye electric ray or ocellated electric ray (Diplobatus ommata) is a species of fish in the Narcinidae family. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, and the United States. Its natural habitat is open seas. It is threatened by habitat loss.
