The first match of the season will be on Saturday 15 March 2008 against the Parramatta Eels, away, at ANZ Stadium. Note home matches are highlighted in bold text as ANZ Stadium is also used by four other clubs.

There was intense speculation in May and June 2008 that Sonny Bill Williams would leave the Bulldogs and move to rugby union or to the European Super League, but Williams has since confirmed that he will see out his contract at the Bulldogs, which runs to the end of the 2012 season. [1]
