Bulgan (city)

Bulgan is the capital city of Mongolia's Bulgan province, and has a population of 11,984 (2005). It is located at the site of the former Daichin vangiin khüree monastery.

The Bulgan Airport (UGA/ZMBN) has one unpaved runway and is served by regular flights to Ulan Bator, Khovd, and Mörön.
