Talk:Bukit Bintang Boys' Secondary School

I've deleted the remarks about Mr. Agis. No rude remarks about teachers and students please! I know how you feel about him! :) --Pepper Lim 03:52, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
Leave the lyrics about the school song out. It makes no sense to put it in. --Pepper Lim 03:52, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
I started this page way back in 2004 and have struggled to keep it "alive" from being VFDed. Lets beef up the page by interviewing old teachers who may know something about the history of the school and try to leave out trivial information. Some more "achievements" would look good on the page! --Pepper Lim 03:52, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
Is this really any more encyclopediable than your average US High School? Wetman 05:10, 25 Sep 2004 (UTC)
I think it should be vfded, myself. And the article about the founder. And all of the huge numbers of redirects deleted. RickK 05:43, Sep 25, 2004 (UTC)

This is not just an average high school but a noted land mark during the birth of Malaysia as a nation struggling to stand on its own two feet. I hope someone can add some notable achievements of the school soon. --Pepper Lim 03:52, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Trivia: adding non-trivia
Dear contributors,
It makes so sense to add non-trivia (e.g. the emotional farewell - everybody cries at farewells!). These memorable events and feelings can be best recorded in BB's own website.
This wiki should record interesting facts, achievements, historical background etc. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pepperlim (talk • contribs) 03:23, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] New school projects
Can someone update this page with the newer school building projects such as the Staff Room, school field, new toilets etc? I graduated in 1985 and have little knowledge of the newer projects. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pepperlim (talk • contribs) 03:36, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
- So if you cannot, don't ask others to. And sign your post next time. 60.50.65.11 (talk) 14:58, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] School name
According the the 25th anniversary (Silver Jubilee) year book "The Bintang", the school was named by The Malay Mail who named it after BBGS but a speech given by Mrs Yeoh Kim Eng (retired BBGS teacher) said Ms Mary Glasgow named the school after BBGS. I have corrected it as it sound more plausible than for a local newspaper to name a school willy-nilly. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pepperlim (talk • contribs) 11:48, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
