Just trying to ask whether the title of this article should be changed? Apart from the first paragraph which I edited, it refers to just England and Wales - not the entire United Kingdom. Either a name change (and remove my changes) or add details about building regulations affecting Scotland? Cheers Fishiehelper2 (talk) 20:24, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
