The Builders and Managers of Freedom and Democracy (French: Bâtisseurs et Gestionnaires de la Liberté et de la Démocratie) is an oppositional political party in Benin, part of the Star Alliance. At the last legislative elections, 30 March 2003, the Star Alliance won 3 out of 83 seats.
