I question Trintignant drove a Bugatti Type 251 in the French Grand Prix. Angelo Anselmi, in "Bugatti" (World of Automobiles, Vol.3, p.271) says the Tp251 never ran. Trekphiler 23:02, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

Trintignant drove the Bugatti Type 251 in the 1956 French Grand Prix. Qualified eighteenth of nineteen of the entrants and struggled around before the throttle went out. Check grandprix.com's results of the event (http://www.grandprix.com/gpe/rr053.html) and there's a fairly good article on the car at http://8w.forix.com/bugatti-t251.html. Fairly strange looking, but definitely a harbringer of things to come with the rear engined concept. As I'm a guest, I'm not sure how you'd go about citing that. 68.0.225.84 02:28, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
